Symbols and what they stand for:
Video Image means there is a video to view .
Microsoft Word Symbol means there is a word document available with printable instructions
HyperStudio Shortcut symbol means there is a practice stack or other stack available to download, save, and access.

Confusious the Instructional Genie indicates when it is time for a practice session.

When you see this symbol in a practice stack, that means there is an extra TIP

of instructions or facts available.

Frequently Asked Questions
1.Question: What is HyperStudio and what can it do?

Answer: HyperStudio is a card-based authoring program that can incorporate

multimedia elements such as animation, graphics, sound, and video, hyperlinks, and

active URLs into what is called a stack.

2. Question: What is a stack?

Answer: A product made with HyperStudio is called a stack.

Each stack is made up of several cards or pages. Think of it like a stack of cards

in a deck.

3. Question: What is a card?
Answer: Each page in the stack is called a card. Think of it like pages in a book.
4.Question: What if my sound file cannot be added to my stack?

Answer: Sometimes a particular sound file is not supported by HyperStudio.

Make sure you use a .wav, .au. .aiff, or .mid (midi) file.

 

5. Question: "How do I download and save a practice stack?"
